I currently take San Diego Medi-Cal (Medicaid).

If you have Medicare, either alone or with Medi-Cal, I cannot take you as a client, even if you want to pay out of pocket. (Due to Medicare regulations).

If you have PPO insurance, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement of our sessions. However, you will be responsible for payment up front.

Yes I do offer telehealth services (therapy done by video) for anyone in the state of California. This is because telehealth is considered to be therapy happening wherever you, the client, are located. I am only licensed in the state of California, therefore, you must be in California at the time of service.

If you use your work email to communicate with me, your employer may access our email communications. There may be similar issues involved in school email or other email accounts associated with organizations that you are affiliated with. Any information emailed may become a part of your record.

Social Media: DO NOT communicate with me via social media of any kind. These methods have very poor security and are not confidential.

If you communicate with me this way, I will not respond and will bring it up directly with you in our next session. Please refrain from making contact with me using social media messaging systems such as Facebook Messenger or Instagram.

The office is on the right.

The office is located on the second floor and there is no elevator

Turn left at the top of the stairs and the office is straight ahead

Have a seat in the waiting area and I will come get you at your appointment time

There are a handful of parking spots directly in front of my building.

There is also a parking lot off of Camino Del Mar between 13th and 14th Street, right after the Del Mar Library. And there is plenty of two hour parking on all of the streets around the building.
