    Public Service Announcement: You do not (and probably should not) be constantly working on yourself and trying to be better.

    Because making yourself a constant improvement project is exhausting. And in the long run this may do the exact opposite of what you are trying to achieve.

    As with so many things in health and healing, you need to be able to have BOTH periods of working on yourself and periods of just being and accepting who you are and where you are it in your journey.
