Every trans person who stands up and says this is who I am helps move us towards justice and every person who shares their pronouns in their day to day life is helping drag our society towards a better world for all of us.

For every trauma survivor that shares their story, whether publicly or privately helps move us towards a more just society. Every adult who goes to therapy and heals their childhood wounds is dragging society towards a better end.

That is why I am so passionate about what I do, about helping people heal. Therapy is transformative and as each individual heals and transform, we help heal and transform our world.

Heal for yourself, heal for you family, for your kids. Heal and help make this a world worth living in.
