    The way we talk to ourselves can have e a profound impact on our mood and the behaviors that we engage in. Our internal self-talk is profoundly shaped by the emotional struggles we deal with (think depression and anxiety) and in turn can either reinforce and perpetuate those problems or can be an instrument of change.
