  • Coping 101

     

    There are many different ways to cope when we are overwhelmed with strong emotions or memories from the past. And it is important to build you toolbox of coping skills. In future posts I will elaborate on each of these categories. It is always a good idea to try these strategies out, write them down and keep them posted somewhere so that you remember to try them out. If something doesn’t work for you, that’s okay, just keep trying until something fits for you.
