• Do Something Today

    We are each projects in process. No one is set in stone; no person has come to the end of their development. That means each and every day we can choose to work towards creating our future self.  So do the thing that brings you one step towards the future self you want to be.
    Maybe take that scary first step to healing and pick up the phone and find a therapist. Maybe it’s giving yourself a break for once, giving yourself permission to just be and enjoy the day. Maybe it’s making the decision to not skip the gym. Maybe it’s saying your sorry for the wrong you have done or for speaking your truth to the one who has wronged you.
    Whatever that is, take that first step to your future self, and make your future self proud!
