National Coming Out Day 2019

Happy National Coming Out day. Today is the 31st anniversary! (Oops this was supposed to be posted yesterday 🙃)
It is a day to celebrate coming out as lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, intersex, or as an ally.
It is not a day to pressure those not out of the closet to come out, but a day to celebrate those who feel willing and able to come out as their true, authentic selves. The world needs your beauty, your authenticity, and your example.
And to those not yet out of the closet, I see you, and your choice is valid. I hope that one day, the world will feel safe enough and accepting enough that closets are no longer necessary for you or anyone.
