By this definition I think we all qualify as heroes for having endured and made it through last year.
Just by making it through to be here to read this post today, you have shown incredible strength and perseverance. I am so proud of you!
Take a breath, take a nap. Do what you need to do to keep making it through. I am hopeful for this year, but we need to keep doing what we’ve been doing to make it through.
