Often when I work with clients they struggle to come to terms with things that they have said and done in the past. But the reality is that we often make mistakes and do the wrong thing as we have not learned any better. Do not judge yourself so harshly for the things you have done. Remember that hindsight is 20/20 and that we don’t always have all the information or skills that would be helpful in making the best choices.
