Sadie the canny Cavi

So apparently Sadie does not know how to play frisbee. She actually accomplished this look all on her own!

Seems like a metaphor for the year. There has been so much this year to cope with, to mourn, to adjust to. It’s been a lot. Please don’t forget that when reviewing the year. It’s okay if all you managed to do was get through it.

I am hopeful about next year but as this one comes to a close I am holding space for how much pain and loss has been suffered. I know this time of year is hard for many out there. And even when there is isolation from family, most of us don’t plan on being this isolated.

My heart is with all of you. And Sadie sends her kisses and tail wags.
